Shipping/Handling Policy

package.gifAll products are shipped via USPS priority mail using Delivery Confirmation to allow for tracking of shipments. USPS tracking information is included with your order shipment confirmation email. Products are shipped to domestic destinations only. Orders with a PO Box shipping address will not be processed.

Shipment Schedule

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 days unless a product is out of stock. Because Fayces is closed on Sunday and Monday, orders received Saturday after 12 noon (PST) are not processed until the following Tuesday.

Order Status

To check the shipping status of a package (e.g., awaiting processing, shipped, etc.), log in to your account on the Fayces online store.
